RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to art.49, paragraph 1, letter. h of the Consumer Code, without any penalty.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a size exchange or return voucher (COUPON)  within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Instructions

1. To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to +39 0583 707113 within 3 days of receiving the order. The codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation must be specified in the message: size change, return voucher (COUPON) to be used within 30 days within the store. Once the return request has been received, the Fiorina staff will send the Customer a written confirmation.

2 Customer can choose 2 types of compensation:

Size change:

There is only one exchange of goods on any product inside the store.

Return Coupon (COUPON):

Can only be used once within 1 month from the time of return;
cannot be combined with other Return Vouchers;

Please note:

Return shipping costs for orders placed in Italy will be free, for the rest of the world they will be paid by the customer

If the returned goods are found to have been worn beyond the necessary time for a try-on, damaged, washed or without a tag, Fiorina Shoes reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange and the package will be AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED!!
