The consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract concluded pursuant to theart. 49, paragraph 1, letter h of the Consumer Code, without any penalty.

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items not worn can be returned for size change or return coupon (COUPON) within 14 days from delivery date.

📝 Return Instructions

1. Request for authorization:

   • Within 3 days from receipt of order, the Customer must send a request to the number +39 0583 707113.

   • The message must include:

     • Return item codes

     • Type of compensation desired (size change or good return)

   • Once the request has been received, the staff of Fiorina Shoes will send the Customer a written confirmation.

2. Available compensation types:

   🔹 Size change

   • A is expected exchange of goods only on any product within the store.

   🔹 Return Coupon (COUPON)

   • Can only be used once within 30 days from return

   • Cannot be combined with other return vouchers

🚚 Shipping costs for returns

• Italy: free

• Rest of the world: at the customer's expense

• Articles must be new, never worn, unwashed and complete with original tags.

• If the returned goods are used beyond simple testing, damaged, washed or without tags, Fiorina Shoes reserves the right not to proceed with the exchange.

• In this case the package will be AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.

For customers with a delivery address in the United States, specific conditions apply:

Return for refund:
We refund the product price minus a flat fee of €50 + duties/taxes already paid.
We handle courier pick-up and customs paperwork.

Exchange (size or style):
For a flat €50 fee, we manage the return, customs and shipment of your new pair on a DDP basis – no extra charges.

Conditions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of deliveryItems must be unworn, in original condition, with packaging and tags attached.
