How does it work?

1. Contact us on WhatsApp and request cash on delivery.
2. We will send you a secure link to deposit a down payment of 20€, which is used to start the artisanal production of your shoes, made to order.
3. The deposit can be paid using your preferred method:
   • PayPal
   • Credit or debit card
   • Apple Pay
   • Google Pay
   • and other methods available in the payment link.
4. After receiving the deposit, we will process your order and ship it.
5. When the courier delivers the package, you will only pay the remaining amount, Why the 20€ already paid will be deducted from the order total.

Practical example

If your order is 200€:

• You pay 20€ in advance via the link we will send you.
• Upon delivery you will pay the courier Alone 180€.

Important: the down payment it is not an additional cost, but it is a part of your order total.
